I explained that the Boot Corrector on their rescue media flash stick you can make off the app will fix any disk problems.
I gave you tutorials on creating and using the flash stick to correct boot problems. Can you boot into Macrium and take a picture of the drive map showing all partitions listings to post back? Then run the Boot Corrector as shown in my first post which is like Startup Repair on steroids and has successfully corrected the few boot problems I've ever seen with Macrium. That's strange. It is booted into your old Samsung C drive but using the System Reserved partition on the Sandisk drive to boot it.
How do we know this? Because the System label on the Sandisk System Reserved only appears because it is the partition booting C, and C is always the booted Windows drive. This is likely due to Samsung remaining plugged in. Sandisk's working System Reserved partition should boot D once you unplug Samsung and the other drives.
If you are saying D doesn't have Boot Manager installed because it is not labeled Boot, that Boot label only means the partition presently booted. Did you try unplugging all other drives to try to boot the new Sandisk? Please try that next and if it doesn't start, boot into the Macrium Rescue Media to run Boot Corrector which will get it fixed and started.
